Team Purpose: We are looking for motivated individuals who would like to plan APEX 2026 as members of the Unbound Cabinet.

Cabinet members are completely responsible for the event theme and program elements. Over the course of their 8 month term, the Cabinet will create a cohesive message for the event, develop all program pieces, and execute on their plans, culminating in running APEX 2026.

Responsibilities:
1) Attend weekly meetings (typically via Google Meet) 3-4 times/week leading up to the event, and work on various projects according to your strengths and the needs of the cabinet.
2) Have at least 1 hour/day (M-F) to check-in with the team and attend a meeting if necessary. The weekly time commitment will vary throughout the year, ranging from 5 to 20+ hours depending on which team you're on and the current priorities.
3) Availability to attend a 4-day planning meeting in Staunton, VA, from January 9th-12th, 2026.
4) Ability to attend APEX in August 2026 (dates will be clarified in the application process).

Pre-Requisites:
1) Applicants must have attended an official Unbound Live event in the past, such as APEX, Basecamp, Ridgeline, or Capstone.
2) Applicants should be have a personal commitment to team goals, desire to learn event planning and business skills from Unbound staff.

Other important info:
Travel to/from the event and planning session, and event expenses, are covered for all members of the cabinet.
Accepting a position on the cabinet is to commit for one year, with the opportunity to re-apply for a second year.
