NEXT SESSION NOVEMBER 21ST AT 7PM EST

Called to Action: A Challenge to Christian Young Adults in America

A 3-Webinar Series for Young Adults and Their Parents Seeking Purpose and Direction for the Future

What Does it Mean to Live for Christ in Light of Current Events and in Hope of Eternity?

Eternity gives us hope. The moment we live in gives us urgency. Across three live webinars, the Called to Action event helps attendees face today’s landscape of challenges with a biblical lens and choose wise, faithful action in response. Throughout the event, we’ll keep returning to one question: What does it mean to live for Christ in light of current events and in hope of eternity? If you want to pursue a future that honors Christ and are seeking a practical, values-aligned path forward for the post-high school years, this event is for you.

Called to Action: A Challenge to Christian Young Adults in America

Heroes aren’t made by easy times. They’re forged by potentially costly choices when the mission isn’t perfectly clear and the future feels uncertain. In this opening session, we’ll ask a simple but demanding question: What do you do next when you don’t yet know your mission?

Through vivid snapshots—from Scripture, from The Lord of the Rings, from the reforming work of the Clapham Sect, and from contemporary figures like Charlie and Erika Kirk, and Tim Tebow—we’ll trace a pattern: you rarely choose the moment, but you always choose your response. We’ll explore the real cost of courage, the quiet power of small, faithful actions, and why you must know what you’re fighting for long before the battle begins.

You won’t get a script for your life. You will get a clear lens for decision-making, a vision for training before the call comes, and a challenge to start where you are—with what you have—today.

Called to Action: The Future of Education and Your Place In It

This isn’t an anti-college talk. It’s simply an honest and direct examination of the reality surrounding college and how that is changing the landscape of education. It’s no secret that college is no longer the default option post-high school. Purpose-driven, values-aligned education and training is. In this session, we’ll look at the real return on a college degree, the realities of campus culture in America, and the original paradigm of education compared to the current paradigm: answers-based vs. questions-based. Then we’ll chart practical ways to realign learning with the current paradigm—whether you choose a degree, trades, entrepreneurship, or a different path. Ultimately, you’ll be challenged to move past “I know what I don’t want” toward the better question: “What do I want—and how do I pursue it with integrity, skill, and faith?”

Called to Action: Discover What's Next Through Purposeful Action and a Proven Path to Thriving

College can deliver a credential. Ascend delivers formation. In this final webinar, we’ll compare the common campus experience—crowded lectures, unclear outcomes, cultural pressure—with Ascend’s year-long rhythm of team coaching, student-led projects, four live events (held every 12 weeks), and expert webinars that connect learning to real work and Christian community. We’ll outline how to evaluate options, build a next-step plan you can begin immediately, and discern where you will thrive. Still unsure? You’ll leave with practical criteria to decide if Ascend belongs on your short list.
