Through Unbound’s Ascend program and Dynamic Aviation’s training opportunities comes an all-new apprenticeship program now available exclusively through Ascend.

For trades-oriented students who are interested in the mechanics behind aviation and are passionate about building specific skill and experience while developing a foundation in Christian leadership, this apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to pursue an educational path forward that unites both.

As industry leaders, Dynamic Aviation is renowned for their commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation. From aerial fire management to airborne data acquisition and ISR work, their expertise knows no bounds.

Gain experience
across all shops

Through this apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to learn across each shop at Dynamic, gaining experience in everything from sheet metal fabrication to avionics installation.

If you want to broaden your knowledge and understanding of an aviation operating environment, this opportunity is for you.

Access training for a full
A&P certification

You can get started through this apprenticeship with initial exposure to the field, gain hands-on experience, and start to build skill and you test out your interest in a real world environment. For candidates who have the drive and aptitude, this apprenticeship includes the opportunity to access the path and training for a full A&P certification. 

Ascend Program Details

The hybrid nature of the Ascend program allows students to remain embedded in their local communities while building a national community and network that connects them with likeminded peers and professionals across the country.

Through a series of four live training events that are connected by online life purpose training, Christian leadership courses, and local hands-on projects, Ascend gives young adults the peer community, applicable skills, and resume-worthy experience they need to launch.
