The Personal Triangle model is one way to understand people’s strengths and abilities. So many people get stuck in their personality types because it becomes an identity. No person has all the answers, and no model provides all the perspective we need. We aren’t claiming that the Personal Triangle is the only way, or perhaps even the best way, of understanding your strengths or identifying the skills you need in life. But it is a method that has already helped many people and is worth adding to your toolbelt.
