Those who have completed this challenging certificate have deeply engaged
with the principles of wise leadership and have built a strong foundation for discerning,
godly leadership. They have undertaken at least three hundred hours in the field of leadership,
studying areas of conflict resolution, effective communication, coaching techniques,
mentorship, negotiation, and persuasion.
