Engage the Culture
Concepts of Christianity & Cultural Engagement is a twelve-week course that provides students with a deeper, real-world understanding of how we are to engage with the culture around us as Christians.
Taught by apologist Nathan Rittenhouse, this course delves into topics such as:
- worldview issues surrounding Biblical concepts of culture
- foundational changes in the structure of modern belief
- engaging with a distracted and secular world
- the concept of “faithful presence”
- and much more!
Students will critically study a number of key recent works in the field of Christian apologetics while grounding everything firmly in real-life, real-world application. Offered live for a limited time only.
Meet Your Instructor
Nathan Rittenhouse is an itinerant speaker, podcaster, and preacher. After double-majoring in Physics and Philosophy and minoring in Math, Nathan studied theology and pastoral studies in several institutions and holds an M.Div from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Nathan has been preaching and speaking in the field of Christian apologetics at churches, campuses, and conferences for the last seven years.
He, his wife Erin, and their four children enjoy the great outdoors and are grateful for the wisdom, support, and opportunities to serve and grow that they find in their local church.
