JONATHAN BRUSHĀ is the President and CEO of Unbound, a homeschoolĀ graduate,Ā and a homeschool dad of six. He worked for nine years as aĀ Director of Admissions for a private, liberal artsĀ college, and then spent over ten years working in non-traditional higher education.

Does Navigate count as a high school elective? Yes, high school students can take Navigate as a high school elective for a half-credit. Assignments can be self-graded or graded by a parent or teacher. Students can also take Navigate as an ungraded course.
Iām already taking classes and have a full schedule ā what will my course experience look like? This course has been designed to be conducive to a busy student or graduateās schedule and includes no more than 5 hours per week of homework. Your assignments will consist of reflection and application. In short, youāre expected to do something with what you learn ā not just write papers about it.
Is Navigate worth college credit? Navigate is a non-accredited course designed to equip young adults with a framework for decision-making regardless of the kind of vocation they are pursuing.
